Full Circle of Meditation
By Ruth Lee, Scribe
“Meditation’s main benefit in today’s busy world is to release anxiety and increase your sense of wisdom and acceptance of life.” — Ruth Lee, Scribe
Full Circle of Meditation provides two 20-minute meditations that enable beginners to more easily learn to meditate while facilitating greater depths of relaxation and contemplation in adepts. All you need to meditate to deeper levels is contained in this one CD!
Regardless of which meditation you choose, you need do nothing but listen and let the words flow over and through your mind.
Its many positive effects are more noticeable if your mind is fully engaged while listening and able to follow cues leading to deeper relaxation than if you use it while driving, walking, or working.
Full Circle of Meditation
TRACK 1: Healing Breath
(20 minutes)
Use this short meditation daily to maintain or restore health!
You can heal your life and grow healthier and wealthier by incorporating visualization and meditation to co-create your life at a cellular level. Practice these deep, restorative breathing exercises designed to relax your body and mind without resorting to strenuous, tiring exercise. If already well and happy, become even more motivated and creative—able to respond more quickly to whatever life hands you.
Track 2: Ancient Tibetan Mantra
(20 minutes)
Om, mani padme, hum…
The oldest, most-used prayer in this world!
Learn to use the power of this mantra’s resonance to increase your ability to breathe more deeply and meditate more easily. Tune in and listen for a bit if you wish, but do join in with one of Ruth Lee’s classes as they learn to chant this beautiful, ancient Tibetan mantra.
Pay particular attention to its unique pronunciation since it was conceived in the long ago past to attract peace and prosperity whenever you reach the right pitch. Chant the mantra as demonstrated and watch how it changes your life!
Chant and create prosperity greater than you now believe possible. Also let the mantra play all the time—even when you are not present to clear your home or office environment of negativity, as used in Feng Shui, or to calm lonely pets.
If you fall asleep during meditation, it means your body needs rest and more time to restore itself. Your mind can exhaust you and cause loss of sleep, so stop struggling! Follow the simple steps provided in either of Ruth Lee’s meditations and learn to relax and drift away into time. After all, a good night’s sleep is almost as good as an hour of meditation.
Are you ready to step up and move into a great new world you create one day-at-a-time? Set your spirit free!
