Can You Pray?
~We Are All Here to Seek the Way

by Ruth Lee

The group that witnessed Ruth Lee, as she scribed the master manuscript from which this book was created, observed how energy flowed throughout the room. Each felt it differently—some sensed heat circling their faces, while others felt frequent temperature changes, yet others smelled roses whenever Ste. Therese appeared. Meanwhile The Scribe worked tirelessly—typing rapidly and simultaneously reading the material in vocal tones that changed as various saints arrived over time. The Teachers dictated their lessons in their own way—sometimes before the taping sessions convened.

The Teachers of the Higher Planes previously worked with Ruth Lee as their scribe to create the six Books of Wisdom and described themselves as never having lived on Earth, but being sent to Earth to help mankind survive, live well together—and ascend at the end of life here.

At times these saints, as well as The Teachers, were joined by others who once lived on Earth and had much to contribute relative to current conditions. You will be astonished at the degree of individual participation they maintained during the course of this work.

When the master manuscript was finished and the group disbanded, most wanted to continue the work and see it through—all the way to publication. Ruth Lee released it to them with the proviso that it could not be published without prior approval, thus this version of Can You Pray? ~ We Are All Here To Seek the Way was edited and published by a member of The Group, and all credit goes to her for creating this edition.

Excerpts From:

Can You Pray?
~We Are All Here To Seek the Way

Opening words:  There is no more to life than this, but you may believe whatever you wish.

“Today is the day and any other day is just a wish. You will begin this day to see that there is a way to be, and that day is exactly like this: You feel like you are. You do what you like.

“You do not decide enough now what to do with life,so you let life take you and leave you out. You will not do that now. You will aspire no longer. You will decide. You will ignite or sputter out.

“The candle of life is brief and not sweet if you never use the heat, so be sure to do what you need and want to believe and then proceed. If you hesitate for long, the path is closed and may never open in this life. You are who decides what to widen and what to leave, so move forward and let the path close behind you so that the pressure will explode and make you move forward at a faster rate than you would otherwise move.”

Page 13:  “You see work disappear, but then someone else begins a new line of work and it is great and lasts a long time. Why? That person has prayed and asked for work to be there for them. The work appears and then it goes inside them and if they follow to the end of the work, the work disappears and becomes a piece of them. You are your work.”

Page 128:  “If you are at full power, you shine and glow all the time. If you short change you and do not do much for others, the power within you is out most of the time. You are not seen by others, and you did it to you—not anyone else at this time, but sometimes it is caused by another part of this life. Yes, there are parts of this life that never seem to come to life. You place so much time and energy in dreams that you never decide to redeem. You will find if you dream and never decide to be, you die always wondering what it was to be a success and live out your dream, but if you dream and decide to work at least part of that dream, it is a way to see if it might be a way to delight you today. You can try. Why not decide today to lighten your load a bit more by opening wide the dream you have inside?

Page 268:  “If you are abused and do not stand up for you, you will not love you much, but you will also learn to hate the other. Why not save this relationship? Why not say why you refuse to be abused or neglected now? What is in your mind that confuses you into believing that you are not you? You are not able to see that God is your own work and what you do is work within you to ignite the spark of God within you and do the work you came to do. If you shirk such a simple view of you, then dream and believe in a more intricate plan, but this view works.”

Page 344:  “You can see that channels are not made in a day, but a medium is able to be swayed into another line over time and not notice that their line or the line of another is mixed into theirs in a very familiar way. You then can call upon a deceased part of souls or you can ask your dead mother or father to help you win the day, but are you truly doing work your own way? You are seeking help from another person—even if they are not in flesh—and not seeking God enough if you ask them for work or permission or whatever. You can be overpowered by them, so be careful of always protecting your own personality whenever you are in a room or group of people who are not like you. How can you know? You feel it inside you. If you are insensitive to all other beings, you are alone. You will not be able to open to anyone ever, but to open and open and not be careful of where or when or how you are to behave is a gradual means of deteriorating your day into a method of seeking power from another who is not able to be you.

“Seek you. That is the channel within you that will never ever upset you or cause you to delay your day and have to return to Earth for another try at rebirth.”
